Purpose and content of document:
Trees felled have to be transported from the forests to points of use. This document is required to ensure that illegal or unregistered vehicles do not enter the forest reserves or areas. This is to curb mixing of legal with illegal timber during transportation, however, monitoring by forestry officials is low due to lack of logistical support
