Is the starting location for transport in the same region as the harvesting location?

Is the end point the same as what the buyer claimed?
Purpose and content of document:
The document provide evidence that the right requirements are followed prior timber transport. It helps to ensure that there is no mixing of legal with illegal timber during transportation. (It is the role of the Forestry officers to oversee extraction, but they are usually handicapped in carrying out that role due to lack of transport and logistical support). The contents of the schedule include Harvesting/Block permit number and date of issue, Forest compartment number, authority issuing the license, contractor name and address, species, particulars of species and specification, volume/quantity, validity period of the evacuation schedule, hammer number.
