Is the name of the owner the same as that on the Harvesting Permit or Forest Compartment Allocation?

Is the name the same as shown on the Vehicle Registration Invoice, i.e. the harvesting area from which the timbers are transported?

Is the name the same as that shown in the Business Registration Certificate, i.e. Certificate of Incorporation?
Purpose and content of document:
A Forest Compartment Allocation Fee Invoice is the evidence of payment for the right to harvest in allocated forest compartments. It is also an important document for applying for a harvesting permit. Without a Forest Compartment Allocation Fee Invoice the harvesting permit cannot be issued and Concession would not be granted. The document includes name of owner of forest or forest land, account number, number of stumpage permit, amount paid, signature.
