Purpose and content of document:
The employment contract is a document verifying that employees who have pledged to provide services to a particular company are entering into gainful employment legally . The document is agreed upon by two parties: THE CONTRACTNG COMPANY This section should contain the following information: the company manager’s name, their identity document or passport, position or rank within the company, date of birth, marital status, nationality, home address, tax identification number, ACT code and corresponding code, business address, company’s social security number, company’s total employees. THE EMPLOYEE The following information should be listed: The employee’s name, education level, code, date of birth, identity document, nationality, marital status, home address, social security number, workplace employee number, etc. Both contracting parties pledge to abide by the standard clauses and addenda set out in the document.
Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
Employment contract is not enough to verify that company complies with legal employment requirements – a valid employment card and INSESO card shall be checked too.
