Signature required by:
This document shall be issued by the Regional Ministry of Forests. Forest delimitation and maps are elaborated by technical staff of the Ministry of Forests. Document should be signed by Regional Ministry of Forests regional delegate as well as the technicians who conducted the surveying and mapping and or their department responsible superior.

Does the document contain all of the required signatures?

Has the document been properly stamped? Do the stamps on the documents match the corresponding departments?

Does the document come with a sketch map of the location of the forest for which the harvesting application is being filed as well as with the relevant deposit receipts?

Purpose and content of document:
The measurement certificate is a technical document which defines the boundaries on a location map and substantiates field verification of the physical dimensions of a forest, displaying it in the form of a map or sketch containing all the geographic coordinates and topographical information.
