Holder of Document: The holder of this document is the timber harvesting and processing operator. 

Signature required by:
This document shall be issued and signed by the government revenues administrator from the Ministry for Finance, the Economy and Planning.

Key considerations when checking the doc:
Has the document been signed by an appropriately authorized civil servant?

Has the document been properly stamped?

What is the date of the document? (it shall be renewed annually)

Is the company’s name correct on the business license?

Is the company’s name the same as on the harvesting permit and VAT invoice?

Purpose and content of document:
The purpose of this document is to verify that the company meets all the requirements required to perform timber harvesting activities.  This document lists information registered in the Ministry for Finance, the Economy and Planning’s database (company name, authorized representative, tax identification number, file number, registration date, capital stock, taxpayer legal description, core business, sector, license, fiscal address, telephone number and email address). Shall be renewed annually.

Possibility that document is faked
