Check that the document is signed and stamped.

The content of the document should be cross-checked in combination with the Annual Harvesting License and the transit guide - the volume, species and date of shipment in all documents shall correspond.

Purpose and content of document:
The document is required to prove that timber for export does not contain insects and diseases. It shall include name and address of exporter and importer, name of product, name of the product, quantity declared, number of packages, place of origin, port of destination, means of conveyance, date of inspection, date of issue, also any disinfection treatments performed.
