Purpose and content of document:
The provisional forest management programme describes what is already known about the area to be managed and the proposed management activities to be conducted over 4 years while the management plan is being drafted.

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
The document is not highlighting whether it has been approved by the forest authorities, as required. A validation notification from the Ministry should also accompany it.
