Is the date of emission of the documents in line with the date of export travel?

Purpose and content of document:
Documents issued following controls on batch to be exported by competent authorities (Office congolais du contrôle). The certificate of origin confirms the shipment provenance. The phytosanitary certificate is about chemical verifications or treatments applied to the shipment.

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
These documents are not sufficient to prove that export procedures have been implemented and paid export taxes.
