Holder of Document: Social security services (CNSS) and the company. 

Signature required by:
Varies depending on the document, but normally a signature is required from the company, the CNSS (national social security fund) and for the last document, a representative from the Directorate-General for Health and Safety at Work.

Key considerations when checking the doc:
Check the date, name of payer/company and signature, and that it has been sealed by the CNSS/that it is an official document.

Purpose and content of document:
It is a statement issued when the company is up to date with its salary declarations and payment of contributions.

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
The registration document and payslip extracts do not guarantee that all employees have been properly declared to the social security institute.
