Holder of Document: Social security services (CNSS) and the company. 

Signature required by:
Varies depending on the document, but normally a signature is required from the company, the CNSS (national social security fund) and for the last document, a representative from the Directorate-General for Health and Safety at Work.

Key considerations when checking the doc:
Ensure that paid leave and overtime has been paid. Confirm that the dates and names of employees are true (staff turnover rates are high at Gabon factories)

Purpose and content of document:
Payslip extracts that show the different taxes applied to salaries and confirm the official declaration of salaries/taxes paid.

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
The registration document and payslip extracts do not guarantee that all employees have been properly declared to the social security institute.
