Purpose and content of document:
1. Logging permit(s) for each AAC subject to logging operations: an official document issued by the Ministry of Forests Provincial Director, authorising the start of logging operations within a specific AAC. The AAC coordinates, surface area, name of the company and approval dates are notably included in this document, alongside other information. 2. Valid professional accreditation for the logger/manufacturer in the company’s name: an official document that confirms that the company has been accredited by the Ministry of Forests to carry out logging operations. The date, name of the company and a signature/stamp are notably included in this document, alongside other details. 3. Decree/order attesting that the signed CFAD has been allocated: An official document signed by the Ministry of Forests, approving the transfer of a UFA between two different companies.
