To check availability of such contract for workers who are not employees of the FME (forest harvesting units which works as individual entrepreneurs for example) to check the legality of workers' salaries.

Purpose and content of document:
Permanent workers' conditions of work are defined by their contract with the enterprise. But some work can be performed by temporary workers. According to Article 837 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, under a contract, one party (contractor) undertakes to perform certain work at its own risk on behalf of the other party (customer), and the customer undertakes to accept and pay for the work performed. A subcontract can be concluded for the manufacture, processing, processing, repair of an item or for the performance of other work with the transfer of its result to the customer. According to Part 1 of Article 901 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, under a contract for the provision of services, one party (the executor) undertakes to provide a service, which is consumed in the process of performing a certain action or carrying out a certain activity, at the request of the other party (the customer).
