Signature required by:
Measuring, scaling and grading staffs, District forestry unit, Head of DAFO, production forest unit, forestry section, PAFO and inspection committee.

Key considerations when checking the doc:
† Is log list containing information on timber sources to prove the legality?

† Is the log list signed and certified by all relevant organizations?

† Is the log list having any error in terms of species, dimeter, length and volumes?

Purpose and content of document:
include list of timber by species, log number, volume, grading, etc. Log list is certified/ verified by the committee, detail of harvesting address, etc. PAFO and DAFO staff conduct scaling and grading of all timer/ log and then certified by PAFO

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
Information on timber sources do not contain in the log list which may have difficulty in tracking log back to its origin.
