† Is the operation certificate signed and stamped properly?

† Does the information of the enterprise registration certification match with the operation certificate?

Purpose and content of document:
Operation certificate is valid 3 year after issued by POIC. The factory/ operator is requested to POIC for certification with the factory inspection report/minutes. The operation certificate includes: name and address of the factory owner, name and information of enterprise registration, capital and operation cost, etc.

Evidence limitations and weaknesses:
Certificate is contained only in local languages
